Saturday, March 7th from 5pm - 9pm. To support the making of documentary film, "All the Best, Jean-Louis" by Creator and Executive Producer Suzi Bittles of King Moon. Chef Josh Keeler and Tara Derr Darling have created a beautiful menu, with an incredible lineup of collaborators in the kitchen, sourcing from the finest purveyors in our region. With wine pairings by Raj Parr Wine Club, a fine beer selection from Coast Brewing Company and specialty drinks by Cannonborough Beverage Co, all staged in a beautiful private home on Sullivan's Island, this will be a night to remember! A groundbreaking copy of 'Cooking with the Seasons' by Jean-Louis Palladin with images by Fred J. Maroon signed by 7 Michelin Star Chefs including : Robert Wiedmaier, Patrick O'Connell, Fabio Trabocchi, Eric Ziebold, Ryan Ratino, Matt Baker and Nick Stefanelli. ALL proceeds will apply to the making of "All the Best, Jean-Louis" documentary film in development by Creator and Executive Producer Suzi Bittles of King Moon.
